At HEX Miners, we aim to get your equipment to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time updates.
Estimated delivery times range from 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location. All shipments originate from Jersey, United Kingdom.

To accommodate customers in regions with mining restrictions, we offer discreet shipping options. Upon request, we can declare your order as computer parts or similar non-restricted items, and we’re also able to lower the invoice value to help reduce the risk of issues with local authorities.
International Extended Warranty
All HEX Miners hardware comes with a standard 1-year international warranty, surpassing the 6-month warranty most other resellers provide. If your device experiences any malfunction or defect within this period, we’ll handle the return shipping and replacement process for you.
Bulk Orders & Volume Discounts
Looking to purchase in larger quantities? We offer automatic discounts on bulk orders of the same miner model:
- 10–29 units: 5% off
- 30–49 units: 10% off
- 50–99 units: 15% off
- 100+ units: 20% off
