HEX Miners is a supplier of cryptocurrency mining equipment. Our goal is to provide high-quality miners sourced directly from original manufacturers. All units undergo manual inspection prior to shipment.
2. Key Definitions
- “Product” refers to any mining equipment sold by HEX Miners.
- “Order” refers to any confirmed purchase made through hexminers.com.
- “Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing from HEX Miners.
- “Escrow Payment” refers to a payment arrangement where a trusted third party holds funds during the transaction process.
3. Purchasing Process and Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Payment confirmations are sent to the email provided at checkout. Prices are fixed and include all applicable taxes and shipping costs. Upon request, we accept secure escrow payment options.
After you place an order, HEX Miners will send you an Order Confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. Acceptance of your order will only occur once we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. At that point, a binding contract between you and HEX Miners will be established.
The contract will apply only to the Products specified in the Dispatch Confirmation email. HEX Miners is not obligated to supply any other items that may have been included in your order but were not confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
All product descriptions, images, and promotional materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to give a general understanding of the products. While we strive to ensure accuracy, minor errors or discrepancies may occur. Such minor inaccuracies do not form part of the contractual obligations.
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing on our website, occasional errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error for a Product you have ordered prior to dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled. In the event of cancellation under this clause, and if payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.
4. Customer Protections and Rights
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied, you may request a free return within this window. If your product is lost or arrives damaged, you are entitled to an instant refund.
You may cancel your purchase at any time before the order is shipped, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy. To cancel, you must notify HEX Miners in writing and return the Products promptly, in their original condition.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours following payment confirmation. We provide free global shipping, with no customs taxes due from the customer. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Delays beyond the expected delivery period will result in compensation equivalent to each missed day of mining.
If a miner arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange repair or replacement unit.
If your order is lost in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date as provided by the carrier. Claims for loss or damage may not be accepted if submitted outside the specified time frame.
Some of the equipment we supply is of high value. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage during transit, this can be arranged at an additional cost of 2% of the total product value. 6. Warranty and Service
All mining equipment is covered by a 1-year international warranty extended by HEX Miners. Warranty services are free of charge, including shipping costs to and from our service center.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to the address provided below. Prior authorization is required for all returns — please contact HEX Miners Customer Support to obtain a return authorization number, which must be referenced in all correspondence. We strongly advise backing up all data before returning any equipment, as we cannot guarantee the preservation of data during testing or repair processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
HEX Miners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
We warrant that all products purchased through our website will be of satisfactory quality and suitable for their intended purpose, as commonly expected for products of this type. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, negligence (whether by you or a third party), failure to follow usage instructions, or any modifications or repairs carried out without our prior written consent.
8. Force Majeure
HEX Miners is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or manufacturer-related delays.
9. Duties and Taxes
All our prices include any applicable taxes and customs duties. Customers are not responsible for any additional import fees.
10. Responsibilities of Customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information. Failure to do so may result in delays or delivery failure.
You are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate Product and ensuring its suitability for your intended purpose, including verifying compatibility with any existing systems or components.

All specifications are provided based on information from the manufacturer and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication.
You are expected to provide reasonable cooperation and relevant information to HEX Miners when requested, to facilitate efficient service and support.
11. Complete Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and HEX Miners.
12. Communication and Promotions
By placing an order, you consent to receive order-related communications. You may opt in or out of promotional emails at any time.
13. Severability and Validity
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in effect.

15. Escrow Payment Terms
Customers opting for escrow payments must agree to the third-party escrow provider’s terms and conditions. HEX Miners will only ship goods once funds are confirmed in escrow.
16. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Jersey. The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts located in Jersey.
